Earthjustice is the premier nonprofit public interest environmental law organization. They wield the power of law and the strength of partnership to protect people’s health, to preserve magnificent places and wildlife, to advance clean energy and to combat climate change.

The Franciscan Action Network (FAN) is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Washington, DC composed of Franciscan sisters, friars, secular Franciscans and others. The organization was created to address issues regarding ecology, human rights, poverty and general peacemaking in the United States.

The Laudato Si’ Action Platform, an initiative of the Vatican Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, is inspired by Pope Francis’ 2015 encyclical.
